"I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! "

"Rini is a very nice host that she is so helpful in solving problems that we encountered. The apartment is nicely decorated and there are many tv channels available for watching. However, there is no hot water supply and no wifi connection. which is quite inconvenient. "

"Property was of a good size and reasonably clean. Amenities were lacking - should have had a water filter, no light near the vanity/mirror in the ensuite. Cups but not glasses. Bed in master was like sleeping on concrete and left a nasty rash on one guest that we are still trying to solve. Internet was good as was TV - if you know Chinese or Malay (I don't). Front door to our Lobby on Ground Floor was difficult to open at best and on one occasion we only got it open by sliding our access...

While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues.
