"The hotel, location, and the service were all good. There were some discrepancies in the room. The manager was very kind and he took care of them. The only complaint that I had was the first lady at the front desk who answered the call when I tried to tell her my room was not made completely. She instead of apologizing and solving the issue, she asked me if I requested to have my room cleaned. That was not professional and not acceptable. The beaches were useless. They were dirty and empty."

"Even though there were no restaurants or shopping options near the hotel use of Grab cars was a inexpensive ride to anywhere you wanted to go"
