"Fantastic Hotel in KK! Staff were friendly, engaging and helpful. The front desk staff helped us organize a couple of great tours and transportation. The breakfast is a must, sooo good! The pool area is gorgeous and bar staff is attentive and funny. Location is convenient for waterfront, markets, jesselton ferry terminal. Rooms were amazing, quiet, comfortable. Definately go for the water view! Worth every penny, loved it! "

"This was a very nice property with a great pool and comfortable rooms. My daughter loved the waterslide and had fun at the kids club. The discovery centre was a unique addition. The restaurant offerings were delicious but lacked a bit in terms of completing a meal (eg Indian food but no raita or chutneys, Malaysian coffee but no condensed milk). "Probably one of the best located hotels in the centre of KK. Perfect views from the rear of the hotel. Good facilities but some of the furniture was a bit worn. Car parking was good but in a disused part of the complex."
