"The property was ok however one of the water heaters for the shower was not working during our stay. Affected our daily routine during the stay as everyone shared a toilet to shower and Genting is generally cold. We were compensated for this (Thank you). The trip to the resort is about 15-20mins drive, not too bad considering the price of this place and the ones in the Genting resort itself. There’s also good food nearby. "

"A nice property in a pretty new development in the middle of Bangsar. Walking distance to an LRT station. Check in is NOT 24 hours, which caused a little bit of a headache, as my arrival was delayed till past midnight (not the establishment's fault), so I couldn't check in that night. "We weren’t happy the first couple of days as the toilet in our room was leaking. After a few days of complaining, we finally was moved to a much nicer and bigger room. Overall, the rooms are ok, not very clean, had cockroaches in the rooms and dusty. We could hear the traffic noise too from the 11th floor. The staff are nice and friendly though and service is not too bad. Overall, I think it’s pleasant enough. "

"Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. The rooms had everything you could possibly need. The view was also breathtaking, and they even arranged my room for me earlier than anticipated. Would definitely stay here again, everything in the room was modern, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was walkable to the popular areas. And taxis were easy to get from the hotel to take you to anywhere you needed. Highly recommended!"
