"Staff was professional, friendly, housekeeper was magic. Never saw them, our room was always cleaned perfectly and lighning fast. Bed and pillows were comfortable, a/c worked perfectly, shower had great water pressure and hot water, Dove shampoo and bathsoaps were great and a very nice touch. Excellent having cold fridge in the room and 2 waters daily was great. Hotel location was great right in central kl and walking to almost all. Hotel overall needs a little tlc and updating. Breakfast was nice. Had a lot of different foods but geared towards asians and hindu. Not western. Hotel stay was a good experience and will be a definite repeat."

"I like the environmental concerns of this property. Filtered water tap is provided in each room so no plastic drinking water. Walking distance to all major malls in Bukit Bintang area. New and modern. Easy self parking and the parking charges is only RM2.20 per day. Good shower pressure and temperature setting. Easy to Grabs with pick up location right at the lobby area. The location is away from traffic jam right in front of Pavillion Mall street. "
