"I am so impressed by this hotel! The manager is available via WhatsApp and kindly supplied some tea packets and a lovely mini card as I wasn’t feeling well upon arrival (and a cute little teddy bear keychain!) Staff are very helpful and the concierge was able to find tours for a solo traveller without having to pay for 2 people.
