Water dripping at below basin. 3. Could not adjust the volume of TV. The smart TV do not have youtube. 4. Both the air-con are not cold. 5. Shower cream and shampoo are not top up."

"從入住的那一刻就很多困擾和問題屋主沒有提供入住資料以及我們在辦理的時候找不到窗口，後來經過守衛幫我們協助問屋主才得到入住的訊息入住之前的一個禮拜就一直寫信給屋主希望他提供資料寫了三四封信沒有回覆真的是個沒有負責任的屋主房間內的設施 Wi-Fi不能用水龍頭漏水沖洗設備也很糟糕，整體而言就是慘不忍睹"

"良かった点 ・清潔 ・whatsupによる返信が早い ・電源のOAタップがあった。 ・壁が厚いのか、たまたま静かな人たちしかいなかったのか、周囲の部屋から全く音が響いてこなかった。別のコンドミニアムでは、この点がひどかったので。 ・ミディアムサイズのワイングラスがあった。 ・洗濯機が乾燥機付き且つ容量も多めで使い勝手が良い。 ・テレビがでかい。 ・ソファベッドがある。 悪かった点 ・デポジット300RMが必要との話を到着日に聞いた。（返金手段無く結局支払わずに済んだが） ・窓の外に金網が一面あるため、夜景が見づらい。 ・プールの使用可能時間をどこかに書いておいて欲しい。（whatsupで確認したが、間違っていた） ・物を置ける台が極端に少ない。スマホの充電にはアイロン台を流用。せめてベッド脇に小さなテーブルなど台が欲しい。 ・ライトがいくつか使えない状態だった。 ・カトラリーにナイフが無い。 ・とあるベッドのカバーが所々色褪せて汚く見えた。洗ってはいるのだろうが、到着して見た際にガッカリする。 ・フェイスタオルがないとのことだったが、あっても良いと思う。 "
