"Worst homestay ever, modern scam. 2 room have no air conditioner. Everything about to rotten. Had to pay extra money for extra person, without giving extra pillow, blanket etc. No wonder its always available on to book. Toilet was worst. Towel smell like they never wash. Bad experience ever. "

We especially loved the tranquil atmosphere of the quiet adults-only pool – it was the perfect escape for relaxation. Exceptional Service A special shout-out goes to Michelle, the Front Office Manager. Her attention to detail and genuine care for us was truly remarkable. We were so grateful for the room upgrade she provided; it made our stay even more special. We also have to commend the room service attendant who catered to all our needs with such efficiency and a friendly demeanor. Their service was truly awesome! Every aspect of our stay at the Shangri-La Rasa Sayang exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!"

"We stayed at the golden sands by shangri-la in penang 5th to 8th of july. We had a beach /pool facing room which i would strongly recommend. Rooms are spacious and clean, buffet breakfast had a wide variety of food, plenty of pool activities and areas of entertainment for kids,I would highly recommend this hotel to any type of visitor "
