"Well, the reception stuff does not understand how to read an Expedia reservation. They are either not trained or pretend to be so that they have a reason for extra-charge. The tv didnt work and it took 3 different sets to get one that worked but the choice of stations was small and not appropiate for english speaking guests. It was highly overpriced. A two star hotel at best."
