"Our 2-day stay at the Kanogawa Grand Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is located on the beach in Kanogawa and our room on the 6th floor provided an awesome 180 degree view of beach. "Great for going to Seaworld, everything else is average. Quite old fashioned, could do with modern makeover. One complaint I have is that the price of 3 years child is not added to the total price when making booking. It's not only until after paying for the reservation that I receive an email from the hotel that there is an extra charge for 3 years old child. This is totally unacceptable, I am ok for this extra charge but this should be noted in advance, not after I have paid the non-refundable...

"直前の予約でしたので一番お安いお部屋の利用となりましたので正直不安でしたが、お部屋を入り、ちょうど日没と重なりとても景観が良く家族揃って歓声を上げてしまいました。大浴場も気持ち良くお料理は鮑、伊勢海老、和牛どれをとっても大変美味しかったです。通路に置かれた家財道具も食器なども品良く高級旅館を思わせる佇まいでお値段以上でした。ゴルフ帰りの私達夫婦と娘は、疲れが吹き飛びました。ありがとうございました。帰りの際に菜の花まつりの案内を貰いましたので立ち寄らせていただきました。こちらも良い思い出になりました。"
