"Our experience at this hotel was truly amazing! We arrived here after taking the bus from Bagan and instantly spotted the hotel located at the top of the hill. When we arrive we discovered that the hotel had only opened 3 days ago and we were their second guests! We were greeted with cold towels and shown to our clean, beautiful, and large room. Although we could only spend one night here every second of our stay was perfect thanks to the amazing staff. Louis, the manager, speaks incredible...

"Great spa rooms look of the hotel but at breakfast is almost nothing to choose and menu has 12pages but nothing available room service it didn't exist as they chef was sick so they closed kitchen and wifi work for 4h of our stay the rest two days didn't Staff is extremely polite and helpful hotel has huge potential but my experience wasn't great"

Chozin, who manages the resort was particularly helpful and I could always count on her to help me in many capacities. Her English skills are very good and she was able to help tremendously. "The hotel is nicely spread out with decent rooms and toilets. The check in was an issue as it seems that Expedia did not send my reservation details to the hotel. However the staff was helpful and gave me a room and said that they will sort out with Expedia themselves."
