"Very near to convenient store which was a good thing. But as it was winter time, the area was quite cold which we chose not to have BBQ dinner. Also, the view for sunset was blocked by nearby buildings which was a bit disappointing. And the room we stayed had a smoking odour which was a bit unpleasant. However, the room was spacious and beautiful which made the glamping experience good. "

"The location is good with many dining options near the hotel, including Kobe beef options. We use some of the amenities like public bath, self-service laundry (at B1) and parking (2500yen per day). The service staff is kind and professional and can speak english. We wish they could have instant coffee options in the room and that the public bath is close later at night and in the morning. "

"The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We arrived early at noon and want to drop off our bags. The hotel let us check in. The western style breakfast is great. The staffs continue to provide food until 9 the closing time. Check in and out are easy. I love the skin care supplies! "
