The staff here are so kind, so helpful and accommodating. So much respect for how they treat their guests. The room was very nice, very modern looking and in a really good area. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend you to do the same!

I stayed in a single room which was compact but the perfect size for me. It was well kept, clean, etc. The location is perfect; right in Motomachi and a short walk to a few major attractions. Even though the hotel is in Motomachi, it was still pretty quiet. I tried to add 2 more nights, but the hotel was fully booked. The staff were helpful with my check-in and helping me figure out the additional nights (even though it didn’t work out).

Good location - located on Motomachi shopping street and 4 mins from Nankinmachi. Room was on the smaller side as it was a single room but clean, bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly. If you decide to pay for their breakfast option, it comes with the choice of 3 set menus (at least 5-6 dishes). Would definitely stay here again.

Modern hotel in Motomachi Kobe. It’s located within a shopping street, but inside the room it was very quiet. Everything you need is just a short walk away. I’d recommend leaving the Shinkansen at Shin-Osaka and board a local rapid train that goes directly to Motomachi station instead of getting off Shin-Kobe. It’s a lot easier to reach the hotel that way. The staff was perfect, always friendly and very helpful. There were only two things that were kind of bothersome for me, one thing was that there was almost no place to store personal items. If you have more than one luggage it’s going to be tough inside the double rooms. Second was the temperature. I had a room on the top floor and it was always extremely hot, both in the hallway and inside the room. Since I don’t like to sleep with air condition running it got very hot again over the night. I don’t know how the situation is in the lower floors though. I’d still recommend staying here because you get a lot of other good stuff for your money. Friendly staff, great location and a lot of interesting things to see within a short walking distance.
