"Loved everything about place and property but very rude old man at pool yelled at my granddaughter for asking out of order for a towel insane she is 13 and sweet as pie and he made her cry "

"Hawaii is expensive enough without having to gouge clients $35 a day to park, really felt that was a slap in the face. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and the pool is nice. Nice central location for the town itself. Area is VERY NOISY in the early am if you are in the east tower. Lots of delivery trucks backing up etc."

"My family and I stayed here for a week. The property is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the pools were closed but the property has two pools. The location was great and close to amenities. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. I would highly recommend this stay and would stay here again."
