"The staff speaks good english. Very easy communication. They provide bath salt at the lobby for a bathtub soak, which is very nice. Parking is the only issue. They have a partnership with a carpark nearby. But there are 2 carpark with the same name- Maruya 1 and Maruya 2. Unfortunately, i parked at the wrong one, and couldn't get the discounted rate. If driving, there are hotels with more convenient parking. But if travelling by train, this hotel is perfect. "

"Breakfast was great - traditional japanese breakfast. Room was clean. Facility was well- maintained. Bad thing was: you are given one key and you need to return/get the key every time you go out/in - not convenient."
