"I entered the room and there were ants crawling all over the table next to the bed. There was something sticky all over it. I had requested a non-smoking room. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke (like the other reviewers said). I called the front desk about the ants and they said there were no other rooms left but that they would "call the manager." Magically there was another room, however it ALSO smelled like cigarette smoke which I am allergic to. And there was a man screaming somewhere down...

"Overall, my experience was delightful. The staff were polite and incredibly helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a clock, perhaps on the work desk or bedside table, as it would make it easier for guests to keep track of time. I was particularly impressed by the efficiency of your taxi-calling service. On the morning of my airport transfer, I reserved a buffer of 10-15 minutes, but to my surprise, the taxi arrived within minutes. This...
