"Excellent service all around, from door men to bell staff to concierge to front desk and turn down service by housekeeping. The layout is a bit overwhelming, a giant "embassy Suites" like floorplan with rooms on the perimeter and a massive interior atrium looking down over beautiful common areas including restaurants. We tried the Italian restaurant, pricey but absolutely amazing food and service. Front desk computer crashed during check in, they were very professional and apologized for delay then offered a free breakfast even though we did not ask for it. Unfortunately our stay was too short for us to take them up on their offer. Would definitely stay here again. Close enough to the bustle of Orchard yet on a quite side street removed just enough to be more peaceful."

"Overall excellent except when we ate at the buffet, we were told to sit outside and flies start coming. I asked to be moved inside and we were accommodated. However the same lady asked me again do I have a reservation while we were already sitting inside, the restaurant is empty. It felt like we were treated indifferently because of our race. Why are we being seated outside when the restaurant is empty and it remained empty until we left an hour and half later. "
