Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. "Looks like using words like Spa, etc just increases cost. Pls note this is an AIRBNB and not a spa resort. Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. "We had the chance to stay at the River Residence for 2 months. It was our home away from home. Perfect for long stays as well as short ones. The cleanliness, attention to details, professional maintenance, and over all comfort was like no other place we ever stayed. The owner Marco made sure that all our needs were attended to promptly. His friendly and warm attitude added to our positive experience. We would stay here again and again and highly recommended to anyone visiting Baden."

"The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had anywhere—cold cuts, 3 kinds of bread, smoked salmon, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurt, chees, scrambled eggs and bacon, plus cereals, pancakes and coffees and fruit juice. Trafo is easy walking distance from the railway station. My only complaint was a lack of USB ports in the room. I had to borrow an adapter from the front desk, and it took forever the recharge the battery. Not fancy, but excellent service. I would stay again."

"When we arrived to check in, 5 minutes early...we were greeted by three employees at the front desk. The woman who appeared to be in charge told us "we need a moment, please go sit on the red sofa." There was no "hello" no "we will be with you in just a moment" but rather...we are too busy to help you, you are here five, yes five minutes early...go sit on the couch and wait. It was a rude arrival to our accommodations and left a bad flavor for our time in your hotel. A little hospitality...

"Excellent place to stay overnight prior to morning transatlantic flight home. Safe comfortable bed McDonald’s available next door for food. Must’ve made even McDonald’s is pricey for food in Switzerland. Convenient shuttle picks you up at the airport after coming in by train and drops you off at the airport the next morning for your flight. "
