"Amazing friendly service. Sebastian was especially helpful and informative. All the staff went over and above what we have received from some other hotels. The breakfast each morning, which came with our reservation, was absolutely delicious and a great variety to choose from. The best part of breakfast was Anita - she was so helpful and friendly each morning - it made having breakfast there a wonderful experience! We highly recommend this hotel!"

"Clearly the property is understaffed, which is understandable. The grounds were a bit sloppy with leaves and vegetation strewn about and in the pools too. The room was immaculate however, outstanding amenities for the value."

"We just came home from a little getaway to Julian. Our stay was amazing! I highly recommend staying at The Gold Rush Hotel. It was right on Main St. great location! The charm this place has was the best ever. The decor was beautiful the staff was over the top and the breakfast AMAZING!! Hope to go back next yr!! "
