Eu sabia se tratar de um hotel modesto, e isso não seria um problema, já que estaria de passagem para casa, no Rio, vinda de passeios pelo pico da Bandeira em Caparaó. Mas ao entrar no hotel para fazer o check-in, me foi entregue uma única toalha de banho,e nenhuma de rosto,totalmente acinzentada,muito velha e ,talvez mal lavada ,mesmo que estivesse num plástico. Ao chegar no elevador ,me deparei com palavrões riscados na porta do mesmo,com talvez uma chave.Chegando ao quarto,que era bem razoável, com boa cama e chuveiro quente ar e frigobar vazio,tv ,só com canais religiosos e Globo... mas fazer o que...Aí vejo dois traesseiros velhos,sendo que um,com a espuma interna toda rasgada e para fora de uma fronha também cinza... É um hotel, acho eu, para funcionários de empresas, estudantes e eu,no caso.Mas onde está o respeito...

ESTADIA FOI BOA, QUARTO TAMANHO FAMILIA COM DIVISÓRIAS PERMITINDO PRIVACIDAE, PENA QUE AS PORTAS DOS QUARTOS ESTAVAM EMPERRADAS IMPEDINDO O DESLIZAMENTO DAS MESMAS DE FORMA NATURAL, FOI PRECISO IMPRIMIR FORÇA. Os funcionários nos faz sentir em casa, todos os funcionários...a Sônia do Restaurante é indiscutivelmente a responsável por eu sempre voltar. Me faz sentir uma "visita," ela vem na mesa cumprimentar os hóspedes mais próximos ... Fazendo a estadia mais confortável e muito mais agradável... Recomendo muito!!!

O hotel está com equipamentos muito antigos, primeiro me colocaram em um quarto com tv de tubo 14 polegadas e ar condicionado imundo e sem funcionar. Também cheirava muito mal. Me trocaram de quarto, estava limpo e era uma tv 32 polegadas, porém o ar condicionado não esfriou.e dormi com muito calor. Péssimo, impressão que tive é que eles deveriam fechar e reformar todo o hotel. Péssima estrutura para clientes. Não volto nem recomendo pra ninguém.
