"I liked the shuttle service. Very convenient, driver was friendly. Front desk staff was ok but a welcoming smile would have been nice. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good but the waiters were unfriendly, with long faces. Never a greeting, just handed the menu and left. Took our order and left. For someone working for tips, he’s in the wrong business. I tipped him just out of courtesy. Food was delicious. First class. Overall the hotel is nice and the rooms are nicer. "
