"We spent two nights at Casa Hemingway. On arrival, our prearranged and honestly quite expensive transportation was not at the airport. I called the hotel and after waiting for the desk clerk to research, she informed me that our ride would be there is 30 minutes. 40 minutes later our ride arrived. He was very kind and we arrived safely. On checking in, we were given pointing directions where restaurants were. I later went out and asked for a map which I was then given. We also had to...

"Despite the fact that the hotel was totally crowded, the staff maintained a kind service all the time. We had issues with the room as the hotelndid not follow the instructions of the bedding configuration of 2 queen beds, however they showed a very strong interest in solving the issue for us, and they did. The kindness of the staff makes it easier to wait until the issue is solved. Thanks for the service."
