"The room was very clean. The ground floor room which we originally had was terrible as the entry came off the foyer. We felt there was no privacy nor that the room was safe. We also had no internet access in that room. When we asked to move rooms for the remainder of nights they accommodated us which was great."

"It was an absolute mess to go through the automated self check-in kiosk process, which didn’t work and required us to call concierge to do some tech support. Automated self check-out also didn’t work. Door buzzer code worked intermittently. Shower pressure wasn’t even strong enough to cover the full shower space. Basically, this stay was a contradiction - nice room and comfy space, but lots of random annoyances and frustrations. "

"Spacious apartment: bedroom and dining/kitchen room. Dated and shows scratches and cracks but functional and fully furnished and equipped. My one frustration was this: the location where we had to get our keys was about half-hour travel (by tram; assuming you know where to find the tram and how to pay for it) from the actual apartment. This fact was not communicated to me prior to the arrival. On a short, busy trip it is a significant inconvenience. "

The only thing I will say - there is a cleaning fee when you get there not mentioned or paid for in the listing so be aware of that when booking & bring cash. "We stayed here for two nights. Hotel had a beautiful lobby and great bar. The rooms ran very warm, we couldn’t figure out how to change the settings so it didn’t feel like we were staying in a safari, also shower weren’t great, it’s a removable head but placed very low. Breakfast was great, tons of options. We used the gym and pool, you have to pay, it’s a nice amenity but very outdated space, esp the gym minimal equipment. "

"Worth the price. Location is excellent as it located across the first bus stop, which is easy for people to catch the bus to the airport (do not have to worry about the seat on the bus). Very clean and safe (for solo traveller). Facilities are all in a good condition. Convenience as the Lidl (grocery store) is next to the hotel, as well as the Metro.
