"It was an absolute mess to go through the automated self check-in kiosk process, which didn’t work and required us to call concierge to do some tech support. Automated self check-out also didn’t work. Door buzzer code worked intermittently. Shower pressure wasn’t even strong enough to cover the full shower space. Basically, this stay was a contradiction - nice room and comfy space, but lots of random annoyances and frustrations. "

The only thing I will say - there is a cleaning fee when you get there not mentioned or paid for in the listing so be aware of that when booking & bring cash. "The property was in a great walkable location in the Old Town. Lots of dining options and shops close by. However, due to this there was constant noise and people awake at all hours of the night slamming doors and partying. So a good nights sleep was difficult. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear your neighbours. The reception desk was unaware of any sort of upgrades or perks for VIP status. No iron or coffee in the room. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold...
