The only negative point was that i did not have assiatnce with luggage on check out and after a shopping day they did not have a cart to collect all bags and take to the room. Other than that, my stay was very comfortable and i plan to go back. "

I had originally booked Coach House. we arrived in the dark (cause it sets early here) and basically just unpacked, exhausted from long flight. TV was not working so the manager moved us to Onze Emmie suite. "The unit was well furnished and modern, the built-in stuff were great, but the pots, pans and fan wasn't so great. It was fully usable but it had broken handles etc. The management was also very strict, we asked for an additional set of keys and they were initially reluctant to provide one and after that quoted us first R1000, then R500 deposit. "It is a very eclectic hotel with unique lounging areas on the different floors. Staff were great and breakfast was good. There was an issue with no curtains or shades on the door to one of the balconies in our room but being on the 3rd floor mitigate any exposure. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in Johannesburg again "

"The location of the hotel was excellent, only a 5 minute walk from the mall, with stores and restaurants for your convenience. My stay included a full breakfast buffet with a variety of items to select including a station for eggs and omelettes and coffee choices like cappuccino or regular. All tours I booked online picked up and dropped off at the hotel. Great value for the money. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Joburg."
