"From the moment we stepped in, we received a proper reception despite turning up rather late in the day, after 8 pm. The hotel facilities were properly explained and the room was incredibly comfortable with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was an excellent culinary experience. "新式住宿環境，乾淨整潔，三人房很大，設施完善，房內除冷氣機外，還有兩部暖風機，冬天實在適合。用投影器代替電視，實為新穎。另外新的體驗是全由住客一手一腳自己check in，沒有職員幫忙，入酒店及房間全用密碼（密碼透過email及check in後電腦提供），方便與否則見人見智了。唯一覺得不足的是房間的裝餘佈置，我入住的房間床上有排吊飾，有點擔心瞓瞓下覺會跌落黎，而且在床頭執拾時都會曾被裝飾整親，要多加小心。 "

"Clean, quiet hotel. Bathroom floor level with the room. Good room except the seal around the window was not totally tight and there was a slight draft of freezing air. The blackout curtains helped block most of the cold but I still had 2 climates in the room, the heater kept about 2/3 of the room warm but the 1/3 of the room next to the window was cold. No under bed storage area is a problem in a small room but there was enough room between the foot of the bed and window to lay my open...

"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to...

Good and Convenience

"Close to Hakata Station, just 5 to 10 minutes straight walk. Room was clean and specious, had washing machine, microwave, fridge, induction cooker. It's convenience for those who stay for longer period. The hotel won't provide daily clean up services if you're staying less than 6 nights. Staffs were helpful and polite, most of them can speak good English."
