"Was good especially in winter month where the snow covers the tree top. Dinner is good. Breakfast is just nice. Not too heavy. Nice place. Well maintained. Not overcrowded. Service is good. The bus shuttle service provided is a big plus. Thank you. "

"From the moment we stepped in, we received a proper reception despite turning up rather late in the day, after 8 pm. The hotel facilities were properly explained and the room was incredibly comfortable with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was an excellent culinary experience. I regretted not booking a longer stay - and would love to stay with them again if I were to return to the area. "

"The most freshest food I eat in all of japan and also the most exotic too. The views from the room was beyond picturesque, it was one of those moments when you just sip your coffee and just look at the sun riseing up out of the ocean with the volcanic looking island scattered along the cost and think this is something. "There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking. Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great."

"Clean, quiet hotel. Bathroom floor level with the room. Good room except the seal around the window was not totally tight and there was a slight draft of freezing air. The blackout curtains helped block most of the cold but I still had 2 climates in the room, the heater kept about 2/3 of the room warm but the 1/3 of the room next to the window was cold. No under bed storage area is a problem in a small room but there was enough room between the foot of the bed and window to lay my open...

"Conveniently located just beside the train station. Received a warm & friendly welcome. I got a self made bookmark! Has an awesome public bath. Always love this Japanese feature. Rooms are great. Japanese toilets are awesome!"

"Booked this specifically for location and the in suite washing machine. Hotel was only 5-10 min from Hakata Station and room was clean. I liked that it had a smart tv so I could use my own Netflix and YouTube. Because it’s next to the train tracks you can hear the trains through the windows, so don’t choose this if you’re a light sleeper. Or just get earplugs! Overall good choice if you’re needing the washing machine!"

"Great location! The washer/dryer in the room was a great bonus . Breakfast was decent and convenient. Staff were friendly. We are low-maintenance and enjoy our peace and quiet; this hotel worked out nicely for us, and we had a wonderful stay. We definitely would stay again."
