"We were warmly greeted with a refreshing sherbet and welcomed into this majestic palace hotel. The hotel revealed the beauty of a different era, but had all the modern amenities. Then, when my mom unexpectedly fell ill, the staff went above and beyond to come to my mom’s aid including: bringing coconut water, kichdi, toast; having a doctor examine her in her room and even picking up medicines from the pharmacy. Thankfully, she fully recovered in a day. We also were impressed with the level of pride and flexibility with the restaurant waiters and chefs. We ordered a mild version of Lal Maas, which seems very contradictory to the whole point of the recipe, but I was being cautious given my considerable weak tolerance level for spiciness. They delivered…it was very good. So, a special thanks to Sachin, Shakti, Laxman and all the waiters, security, bellman that made our stay very comfortable."

"Location is the main problem. It is too far away from everything and no nice restaurants close by. The food is so-so in the hotel restaurant and way too expensive for the quality. "
