"We were warmly greeted with a refreshing sherbet and welcomed into this majestic palace hotel. The hotel revealed the beauty of a different era, but had all the modern amenities. Then, when my mom unexpectedly fell ill, the staff went above and beyond to come to my mom’s aid including: bringing coconut water, kichdi, toast; having a doctor examine her in her room and even picking up medicines from the pharmacy.
