"I feel ripped off by the hotel. I already paid $500 per night. They tricked me to pay extra $200 per night to upgrade to a two bedroom apartment. After two nights I figured out that it’s cheaper and more comfortable to get two standard rooms. This request was declined by hotel staff. The reason they gave me is that they cannot make changes to online order. I guess they can only make one-way change: upgrade only, no downgrade. On top of that I here is no free breakfast for a $700 plus per night...

"My stay was amazing, the staff is exceptional, polite and very accommodating. The manager went beyond my expectations and was also there to help me with daily excursions, translations and even helped me purchase a speaker last minute and have it shipped to the hotel in time for my daughters water polo game. 100% satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel. "We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and the location is great. There is a brilliant hotpot restaurant on the same road that was recommended by staff. The rooms were spacious and amenities including toothbrushes and body wash were provided. There are many taxis driving past outside even early in the morning which is convenient.
