"Angelica was super helpful checking us in , accommodated us for early check in due to availability, the area around the property is safe lots of cafes and restaurants. They offer cleaning services although we didn’t use them. 24 hour security in the front of the property. The studio room itself was perfect for my girlfriend and I , had a full size fridge, full kitchen and dryer/washer."

"We loved our quaint stay here! Staff was attentive and friendly. Great access to amazing area. Delicious made to order breakfast every morning (that changed each day and was fast service) and great every day cleaning service. 10/10. "I had a room facing the street that was beautiful for sunrise but very noise around 4am, when large trucks used their airbrakes. Interior room have windows into lightshafts that don't suite me. The room itself was nice. It takes about 5 minutes for the hotwater to arrive in the shower. Reception staff were ok. Dinning room staff were very accomodating."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and spacious; the bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was cooked and served immediately, which I enjoyed very much. However, some maintenance is needed; for example, the sink leaked, and the paint was chipping off the walls. The noise isolation wasn't very good; I could hear doors slamming quite often. "I stay here every few months, it’s my go-to stay whenever I’m in Mexico City. Very private, clean, and the staff members are always there to help. Special thanks to the guards at the gate. Always there to open the door for you, no matter what time of the day or night. Free parking indoor is a plus!! "

Will be back!!

"We went for the very first time to Mexico City and this was the perfect location. Staff were all amazing. We were celebrating my son's 25th birthday. They surprised him with a beautiful message and cake. The concierge was super helpful in recommending tours for us to enjoy. To top it off, all the food and drinks at the cafe were included. Loved this place and will certainly be back. Thank you for making our time there spectacular. "
