"Very strange building - contains offices for e.g. dentists as well as the hotel rooms. One wing that looks like it was probably once part of the hotel now seems to be semi-derelict. Generally seems like it was built in the soviet period and not updated since. Not great for people with mobility issues - there is half a flight of stairs up to the front door unless you come around from the back, and no lift inside. The room itself was fine, though a foot towel for stepping out of the shower would...
