"Overall, very good. The rooms are a bit dated and some obvious wear is evident. My chair had the back ripped, wear and scrpae marks on the wall and furniture wand carpet worn. Painted side of bathtub peeling badly and some rust on metal door frame of bathroom. But the bed was comfortable, Heat worked well and the area is QUIET. Only 3 minute drive to the ferry that takes you to downtown. One big minus, no restaurants around anywhere."

"Nice hotel overall, I give it 4 stars because of the noise in the surrounding area. It’s in an alley where’s there’s a lot of industry and also a train that passes by in the mornings. If you’re an early bird (6-7 am) then you will be fine, if not then you’ll be pretty annoyed. Staff was great though, front desk ladies were extremely helpful and kind. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. "

"Stayed for my daughter’s birthday. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions/concerns. Hotel was in walking distance to the French Market and Bourbon Street. "
