Dirty and smells like sewage!
The apartment smelled like sewage when I got in, I had to ask for air freshener and had to empty the full bottle to kill the smell. The bathroom wasnt clean, the amenities in the bathroom are poor, the kitchen ware were abused and safe for use. The garage is always full and no place to park your car as well as having their own hotel car parked at the front using 1 of the few parking spots available for their guests. Not recommended!

When arrived to check in came earlier than than the check in Waited for my room to be prepared, which was 1 bed room , my order was suites 2 bed room Next day they gave us hard time regarding the room i took , wanted me to change room

nice base from which to venture into Jeddah
Good overall Last year I stayed in the same hotel on the 3rd floor - cleaner, less noisy This time 1st floor, noisy in the morning n room musty with slight smell Nevertheless, I would still recommend it as good value n well located on the outskirts of heavy traffic areas and easy to go to some nice shopping areas

فندق ممتاز مع استياء من الاستقبال عند المغادرة
الاستقبال كان جيد لكن لم يتم تسجيل دفعي لمبلغ الاقامة مقدما لذا حين اردت المغادرة فوجئت بطلب المبلغ مرة اخرى بسبب عدم تسجيل المبلغ المدفوع لذلك انصح بالحذر وطلب ايصال لاثبات حقك ولادارة الفندق توصية بالانتباه لهذا الموضوع حتى لاتفقد العملاء ثقتها لافندق

الفندق جيد ولكن يعيب الفندق عدم وجود عوازل كما ذكر ازاعاج بشكل غير مبربر من الجيران وعدم توفر مواقف للسيارات كما ذكر حيث ان العدد بسيط جدا مقارنه بعدد الشقق
