"Awesome location. Amazing service. Like the other Library Collection properties, a lot of thought has been put into every little detail to make the stay super comfortable. Side note- Julia at the front desk and Jason at the breakfast buffet were superstars and repeatedly went out of their way. Will return again! "

"Excellent they couldn’t do enough for me. Receptionist (Marci and Sandor) were very friendly. The room was spacious and was well heated (outside was cold). The shower had good pressure and had L’Occitan shower gel and shampoo. The bathroom was modern with nice features. The breakfast was plentiful with cold cuts and hot food options available such as eggs benedict, scrambled eggs etc. Overall had an amazing stay and I’d have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. "Almost all was good. Only negatives are: phone base in room is flimsy. Needs to be fixed to the table. Lighting at toilet mirror very poor. Can hardly see face when shaving. Needs shaving mirror. Sauna is excellent but requiring bathing suits is not hygienic. This should be nude or optional"

"Lovely hotel, all the rooms have a beautiful view of the Danube & parliament building. Clean, comfortable and quiet (except when guests above sound like they are moving furniture around for hours). Fantastic buffet breakfast with hot eggs and bacon cooked on request, the lady host in the restaurant is very attentive and helpful. Great place, would stay again and recommend."

"I’ve stayed at hotel for 3 days. It’s very new facilities and no stress while staying. If I allowed to say only one negative thing is I requested breakfast boxes because I needed to leave early due to flight time but I couldn’t receive the box by hotel side mistake. Other than that, I felt comfy and I want to start this hotel again if I have chance to be there."

"Although The Intercontinental isn’t the most attractive building, externally, in Budapest; it more than makes up for it with its superb location! Situated on the Danube Promenade, the view of The Chain Bridge and the magnificent, elevated Budapest Castle District across the river, is breathtaking - especially in the evening when the attractions are lit up. The impressive Parliament building is also just a short stroll away. The local area is bursting with options for dining out, shopping and transport links; whether you require the bus, the tram or the metro. The hotel boasts a pool and spa. The breakfast selection is excellent; offering choices of hot food as well as a huge variety of other options to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and efficient."
