"I loved this place except for the issues with hot water. 1) It was very hard to regulate, so sometines it would turn scalding hot by itself and 2) Two days there wasn't any hot water in the morning. I mentioned this to the receptionist and he said it was a recurring problem in higher floors. But it didn't seem they didn't have any intention of fixing it. Problem is bad enough that I wouldn't stay in this property ever again. Too bad, everything else was really nice."

"ULIV Parque Lincoln is wonderfully located on a quiet block that is extremely close to restaurants and shops. It’s a lovely neighborhood right at the edge of everything. The park is gorgeous and inviting, and we found it so easy to get around (using public transit, in our case). The unit was roomy and well appointed, and very quiet. The bed was firmer than we might have liked but otherwise very comfy, with a great shower. "

"Great location! Nice large unit with separate bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Could use better lighting in the living room area. Showing some signs of aging especially in the bathroom. Staff are super nice and having someone prepare eggs for us with the complimentary breakfast was a real treat. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent restaurants very close by. "

"I had a room facing the street that was beautiful for sunrise but very noise around 4am, when large trucks used their airbrakes. Interior room have windows into lightshafts that don't suite me. The room itself was nice. It takes about 5 minutes for the hotwater to arrive in the shower. Reception staff were ok. Dinning room staff were very accomodating."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and spacious; the bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was cooked and served immediately, which I enjoyed very much. "I found this place to be excellent value compared to the other aparthotels in some of the more popular neighborhoods. I stayed in multiple properties in the "go-to" neighborhoods and this place is nicer at the same price point. But the real secret to this place is the rooftop. I haven't stayed anywhere that beats the beautiful rooftop here. I plan to stay here when I return just for that alone."

Mostly beautiful hotel, ideal location

"Great location! Comfortable room, breakfast buffet is so delicious. Hotel is beautiful, however only complaint is that we saw a sliver inside other rooms as they were being cleaned and all seemed a little more up to date than our room (I.e ours had carpet, no real decor, a high up window, basic bathroom while others had hardwood floor, bigger window, etc). Would stay again though! "
