"Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. "

"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

Nice and friendly hotel

"Hotel was good and price was very reasonable. Location is also convenient. Only slight downside was if we did not need to pay for parking, though there is a flat rate fee. Also, tried to request for adjoining rooms and baby cot prior to arrival, but there was no reply from the hotel. Overall a great stay. Will still come back if needed. "
