"Lobby filled with cigarette smell, 1 out of 3 rooms which I booked didn’t meet expectations, faucet wasn’t working, room wasn’t serviced before I checked-in, have to ask for toiletries the moment I checked-in. Breakfast buffet could’ve been better for 3-star rated property. "

"Overall the rooms themselves are quite nice, I was upgraded to a residence suite that was nice. I did have a look at the luxury room and it seemed a but muggy and dirty, but the room I was in was really great! The main problem with this hotel is actually the design. It's in a sort of U shape so if you have an inner room, you open the window curtains and you're basically looking into other people's rooms, so there is pretty limited privacy. "The hotel is centrally located with easy access to travel around the city by Taxi, Metro and other local transport. The Reception staff is very professional and the check-in and check-out process was hassle free. It’s my favourite hotel to stay whenever I visit the city. The staff in the Bar and Restaurant are also friendly and attentive to Guests needs. Overall a pleasant experience as always and will definitely be back to stay at this wonderful property."

"The property is an old place. Old worn out towel, only one towel. No toilet paper. AC was leaking and water was falling on the bed. I had to call in to get it fixed. The floor tiles are worn out and broken. It looks like 1920's facility. Tons of problems. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the courteous staff. "the property was clean and calm. Staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious & roomy, with a bathtub attached.the food was excellent. We enjoyed the swimming pool & it had a adjacent kids pool & hotel offered rubber boards/floaters to aid kids to swim. however, the property didn't had much space other than the lobby/pool to roam. Also a kids play area would have been a nice addition to hospitality. "
