I likw the promotions they offer. Buy 6 nights tet tbe 7th free. Another thing that makes this hotel stand out is the updates appliances. Including, its own laundry room with updated the new washers and dryers as well as a gym and a computer which has access to printing?In faxing aervices which i thought was great as well. All of which I took full advantage of during my stay. Another thing i like is the tvs, which has cable and streaming on demand included. (No need to bring roku). All in all enjoyed my stay.

I prepaid for 2 rooms on Monday for a Wednesday check-in when I arrived my rooms were sold !!! Keep in mind my rooms were prepaid and I was told I have to contact Expedia for my refund !!!!! The staff at the front desk was ZERO help she just said sorry and tried to hand me Expedia phone number … I just walked out and contacted Expedia myself !!!

The facility is nice and they are trying to be a better place. The price is right if you need a place to stay. The worst part is just the area. All in all it was a fine stay and no real complaints other than the surrounding area.

This is a hidden gem. I will stay at this property again anytime I travel through Jacksonville. I love hidden gems. Staff needs to work on customer service and making you feel welcome.

The room was half cleaned. There was water all over the bathroom floor. There were no wash cloths. There was trash still in the trash cans and the bed sheets were not cleaned. I didn't even get to stay the full night there. I would not stay there again.
