Rooms smelled like cat urine and mold. Front desk refused to give towels. Breakfast is NOT included in the price of the room. People live full time here. Smoke Marijuana outside their rooms. Did not give back deposit because they said the room smelled. But the room had smelled when we first got into it.

Domingo was compassionate, clearly understood the situation and went out of his way to be a "human being" and help his fellow citizens in a difficult situation.
