"Aside from the buffet which was great - the guests mainly Russian picking their nose and handing the utensils to help themselves to food or using fingers to pick at the food with no regard to hygiene - Stella should move to staff serving rather than guests helping themselves. Staff were super helpful accommodating special mention to Mina and Mustafa who were SO attentive! Rooms are dated and my shower leaked from the tap and the shower head when in use! tiles are grout are old and worn."

"We stayed 1 week in this amazing resort. We were impressed by the quality of services the resort offered us. I give 5stars to the variety of food in the buffet and the a la carte dining in the asian, med,and indian restaurant was very good too. I used the gym and again impressed by how well equiped it was. The coreals around the beach are breath taking, it's worth snorkeling and diving. Entrainment was fabulous. There is literally nothing I can complain about.Diffently come back again."

"They had expresso martini included in all inclusive which was my favourite part. Unfortunately their all inclusive expires at 12 midnight everyday which is deceptive. So after 12 you have to pay. They didnt let us check in early even though we requested The room's are quite small. Food at this resort is quite delicious and they have quite a variety. They freshly make pasta infront of you "

"Absolutely loved my stay at doubletree Sharm el sheikh. It was the most comfortable and entertaining holiday. It was very convenient as I had a little one with me. The beach was such a close walk and also had a minibus going there. The all inclusive option was nice however I feel like they could have made the lunch and dinner options a bit more exciting. The staff were the nicest. The entertainment was really good!! Overall very clean, fun and relaxing. Highly recommend!"

Special thanks and hats off to (1) Mohamed, swimming pool 38, and (2) M. Zaky, F/O Manager. Thank you all employees/staff of Sultan Gardens Resort, who I think the main reason of hotel success, as there are many nice hotels same like Sultan, but not all nice hotels have these polite, gentle and respectful staff. "Great hotel great place to stay clean nice pools nice beach and had nice reception staff I have a perfect 5 on all categories except service , only downfall is every time I go to get a drink I line up in a six person line and Russian ladies walk straight up to the bar pass every one in the line and just order and get served no one says a thing . Happened to much but it seems it happens in all the hotels as I stayed in"

Great getaway!

"The staff really make this resort the great place that it is. They are friendly, attentive and work hard to make sure guests have a wonderful time. The complex is well maintained, especially the grounds and public area. Our room had plenty of storage and a big comfortable bed. It does feel like the furnishings are getting a bit tired and could use a refresh. We’re usually not fans of buffet’s but we’re impressed with this one as the variety was good and the food was quite hot. Plus, there was a pasta station which we enjoyed. We also had an amazing experience at the Teppanyaki restaurant. The tennis court was an odd material and the tennis racquets we borrowed from the front desk were in poor shape so we only played once. Lastly, the resort needs to work on eliminating the use of some many plastic bottles by offering water filling stations instead. All in all we were impressed with the resort."
