"This hotel was adequate for my needs. Basic amenities and reasonably clean. Woman at reception seemed confused when we arrived. We had a printout of out 'last minute' booking so not sure why the confusion. We insisted on 2 keys to the room even though they were hesidrnt to give us 2 but my partner needed to go to work so we needed an extra. No toilet paper in bathroom but was provided upon request. "Horrible stay. The shower was not working. Was not getting hot water also. Complained but nothing was done. They offered to change the room but it was too much trouble for me. Also on the last night; AC was not working. There was no cooling. I hardly slept. "
