"All in all we really liked our experience at the hotel! The hotel design is really nice and modern and the food selection for each meal was quite good. The Bükfürdö Therme was included in the room price and is connected via a short hallway, which is great. Not too many glutenfree food options! (e.g. no cereal for example, same dessert for 2 days in a row for each meal) Some meals had wrong allergy information. We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."
