A great place to stay. Only reason it lost one star is that the room said it slept 3 people. When they found out I had a friend coming, they split my king size bed into two beds.

This is probably one of the best hotels in Itacare. My suite was spacious and comfortable - the bed and pillows especially. Breakfast options are limited but still good for vegetarians (and abundant for meat/fish eaters). The beach access is very convenient, albeit the allocated beach space isn't that big. In high season it could feel cramped. Overall great, EXCEPT that I didnt have hot water in my room for the first two days of my stay despite reporting this to the reception desk a number of times. Perhaps something fell down in translation but I thought they promised to send someone to fix it each time I spoke to them only for no action/repair to be taken. Eventually the repair man came back to my room directly with me on my last reception visit. The issue was fixed in less than 10 minutes which made it all the more frustrating that it hadnt been fixed sooner

Incrível muito bom mesmo o hotel realmente está de parabéns maravilhoso minhas estadia funcionários super educado e prestativos,em toda área tanto na repcao como na área da piscina,e do restaurante fantástico é-o café da manhã maravilhoso só senti falta de um carnê do sol ou uma carne de panela no café mais nada que não de uma nota 1000 pra o hotel .

Localização excelente, beira mar com atendimento de praia. Café da manhã delicioso com muitas opções. Funcionários simpáticos, atenciosos. Quarto espaçoso, novo, bem decorado. Chuveiro excelente. Só tenho elogios, voltaria com certeza.

Foi tudo muito bom, desde a chegada nos recebemos muito bem! Atendimento no restaurante muito bom, especialmente a Cida muito simpática e atenciosa!! O Bangalô só um detalhe que achei o banheiro um pouco pequeno, meio apertado, senti falta de um espelho no quarto! Café da manhã bem gostoso! Pé na areia e em meio a muita vegetação! Piscina muito boa , talvez precise de um espaço de lazer para dias de chuva!! Mas muito bom, voltaria com certeza!!

O hotel é legal mas achei que pecou muito no atendimento. Com exceçao da Debora, que fica no bar da piscina e é uma gentileza em pessoa, o restante deixou a desejar. Dois episodios aconteceram que nao gostei. Primeiro foi fechar as portas do cafe sem nem perguntar se a gnt queria algo a mais. 10:03 meu filho queria um pedaco de bolo, o garcom disse que nao podia, mas a coordenadora deixou mas logo ja fecharam a porta. Nao passaram informacao direito sobre as toalhas de piscina, entendi que tinha que pegar na recepcao, dai levei as toalhas usadas e eu tava com um bebe de colo, sacolas, toalhas limpas nas maos e me fizeram voltar pro quarto pra deixar as toalhas sujas. Nao fizeram nem a gentileza d eme ajudar, mesmo cheia de coisa e um bebe no colo. Na limpeza do quarto nao colocaram saquinho plastico e nem organizaram as toalhas . Agua em lata prla sustentabilidade, mas gosto horrivel, tinha que comprar fora pra tomar.

A pousada é uma graça, com um quarto família muito confortável, composto de duas suítes e uma sala com banheiro. No entanto, a limpeza foi o ponto fraco do local. O chão do quarto , por exemplo, estava imundo quando chegamos e não melhorou durante a estadia. Faltava manutenção também no quarto e, mesmo quando pedi para consertarem a torneira do chuveiro, isso não aconteceu. A pousada também admite day use, o que causa excesso de gente na área da praia e deixa os hóspedes sem lugar para ficar na praia.

Hotel confortável, ficamos em uma suíte master que faz parte da ala nova do hotel. Mas não trata se de uma praia normal, é a ponta da praia que encontra com o rio, então se vc está buscando coqueiros, areia branca e mar azul com ondas, não vai encontrar. Bem na frente do hotel ainda tem a barreira para que os barcos que vem buscar as pessoas para os passeios encoste, limitando a área de banho. Restaurante ok, porções pequenas e caras. O atendimento da pousada foi muito bom e do time do bar da piscina tbem, mas no restaurante não tinha tanta simpatia dos atendentes, pareciam sempre cansados e ficam “te empurrando” mais coisas, vc pede um coco e eles confirmam com “só um?”, vc pede uma porção e eles te oferecem o prato principal. Se vc pedir uma caipirosca, automaticamente farão com Absolut e não com Smirnoff. Tivemos a sensação de que são comissionados, só que tudo é bem caro: 9,90 a lata de água e 16,00 o suco de laranja por exemplo. Café da manhã nos horários mais cheios não dava conta da reposição, eles esperam acabar o ovo mexido para repor, não há uma proatividade de ver que tem pouco e já repor. Bastante opção, mas esperava mais dos bolos, tapiocas e omeletes. Bem básicos e todos com mesmo gosto Na primeira noite choveu muito e entrou água pela parede entre a porta de vidro da sacada molhando bastante o quarto, nos colocaram em um quarto inferior para passarmos essa primeira noite pq o hotel estava lotado e resolveram para os outros dias. Mas tbem não choveu mais tanto.
