Our stay at Ajwa Hotel was truly unforgettable, with every aspect exceeding our expectations. The impeccably clean and high-quality rooms, paired with the warm hospitality of the staff, created an unparalleled experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, while dining at Zeferan Restaurant on the top floor was a highlight, combining exquisite dishes with stunning views. Thoughtful room amenities and complimentary services made us feel thoroughly pampered, and the housekeeping team’s incredible attention to detail ensured our room was always spotless and perfectly arranged. Ideally located within walking distance from Sultanahmet Square, the hotel serves as the perfect base for exploring Istanbul. Adding to the charm, the area is filled with roaming cats, a delightful bonus for animal lovers. Compared to many hotel experiences in the United States, Ajwa Hotel sets a new standard for luxury, service, and comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Istanbul!

This used to be a very nice property. We stayed there five times, and it looks like the proper maintenance and updates have not been performed. Lack of cleanliness, dining staff lacks manners. Receptionists do not speak English properly, not very professional anymore.

Wonderful stay! I was traveling with my wife and kids. They treat you like one of their own family members here in the AJWA. Very accommodating at any hour of the day. Area has some neat spots nearby for dining and walkable to some touristy attractions. Definitely staying with AJWA when I visit Turkey in the future.

This was our 2nd stay at Ajwa Hotel in Istanbul, the staff are fantastic and the breakfast buffet and Dinner at the hotel restaurant is absolutely brilliant, just one advice to the hotel, they need to do a proper maintenance check of the rooms as they are starting to show signs of wear apart from that i would highly recommended it to anyone

This hotel was very well located and walkable to the sights in Istanbul. Service was excellent and the breakfast buffet was varied, delicious and fresh. We did have dinner at the restaurant one evening. The view and service were amazing but the food (for dinner) was not great. I was also a bit surprised that the hotel had no alcohol at the restaurant. Overall we had a good stay. I wish they served alcohol in their restaurant and I wish their dinner options were a bit more tasty. The breakfast was great.
