"The hotel was in the perfect location. The suite had a kitchenette which made for easy snacks and keeping our drinks cold. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and Hot Corner. Our service from the hotel staff was exceptional. MaJo was amazing! Would definitely recommend Onda Maya for an adults only get away."

"The apartment was lovely and staff were very friendly. Due to transportation, we arrived an hour before checkin, and they allowed us to use all the facilities including the pool until our room was available. Excellent communication throughout our stay. "

"We had a wonderful time at Isla Holbox, this is my 3rd trip, and one of my favorite warm holiday spots! This time, I was with my two grandchildren, they loved staying at the fabulous home. The photos are very realistic, and the home is gorgeous, clean, quiet, safe and beautifully decorated. My only recommendation would be to improve the quality of the bed pillows. The beds were super comfortable, the pillows could use a refresh. Don't let that stop you from staying here - it was a 9.999 out...

"Awesome location, directly across the street from the beach. No AC in main part of house. AC ran great in all bedrooms. Hot tub was not operational, and there was not toilet seat on one of the toilets. Manager said owner was shipping one from US, but never arrived. No daily housekeeping, refrigerator did not get or stay cold. And taxis we arranged for pick up to leave, never arrived. We were allotted one towel per person, and had to ask to get them changed out. For girls that use towels...

"The Naay is perfect for the traveller who wants to have a quiet and unhurried break and still have access to all the hustle of a fun, vibrant tourist town. The staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. I would stay here again in the swim-out room!"

"We stayed for 6 days and it was a great experience. We had stayed on Holbox several times before and Holbox Dream met our every need. The rooms were very nice, we didn't need a TV at all. Bathrooms and showers were well done. The breakfasts were a surprise, wide selection and great service. The front desk crew were all aces, ready to help with every need. We spent at least 3-4 hours per day on their beach, on the lounges, swimming, reading, and people watching. The service from the bar from Roxanna, Javy, Max, and Jose was excellent. We ate our evening meal at HD 4 times, table by the water, feet in the sand and the Holbox sunsets in front of us. The food was very good buttered shrimp, fish, pasta, all very well done. Our favorite food was our shrimp Ceviche we enjoyed every afternoon. We will be back!"

"Location is awesome but you will need earbuds to sleep well. Staff provides world wide service, extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool was really cold so it was nice during the day but not in the evening. This property just needs a bit more of furniture to put your belongings a tv and it will be perfect. Over all highly recommended to experience walking from your bed to the sea, thank you guys for such a great experience."

"Most beautiful room ever with beach view outside tub everything was really gorgeous, very tranquil most tranquil island ever . Food and drinks awesome and presentation was amazing very pricey but the whole island is pricey . While not on mosquito bay is only 7 mins by island taxi that come around often and are available all day and walkable by 22 mins but we Took taxi to and from for 200 persos about 10 USA dollars ."

"Great hotel, with a very friendly staff. Only recommendation is that they should heat the rooftop pool, as it was quite cold. Also should have blow dryers in the room. We asked, but it was never brought over to us. Other than that, a great experience all around!"
