"何度か利用していますが、設備は快適です。BSも見れるとより快適度が増します。今回、利用した部屋は時計が止まっていたのでその点が残念でした。加えて同じフロアに宿泊していたと思われる宿泊客数人が02時頃から06時近くまで階段エリアか、部屋の扉を開けていたかで、大騒ぎをしており睡眠ができない状態でした。フロントに人が居ない事を知っているのか、クレームが入らない事を知っているのか、極めて傍若無人な振る舞いがあり、この宿にはこの様な宿泊者も利用する可能性があるため、何か対策手段を講じられると良いと思います。"

"Very clean and had every amenity provided (laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toiletries). But one of the upper bunks creaked a lot. Probably needs tightening of the screws. Good thing we only needed 3 beds so it didn’t affect us. Location was very near both the subway and streetcar (5 min walks) Can take airport bus straight to Sapporo prince hotel and then walk 10min to accommodation. "

"We had a very good 4 nights stay. Easy enough digital check in, digital door access, aircon fan was ample, washing machine and basic amenities."

"It is a bit of walk from the main station but the price makes up for it. The room was clean and amenities were great. We stayed with young kids but if it was for adults, the distance to the station would not have been an issue. Overall, satisfied and would recommend."

"Pros: Spacious and clean room. Beautiful night view. Cons: Uncomfortably cold in the bathroom, toilet and bedrooms. Lights fixtures are too light and we kept hitting our heads. Portable heaters were not turned on before we arrived and even when we turned on the portable heaters for 3 days, the whole apartment is still cold overall especially in -3 degrees Celsius. "繁忙期なのに安かったので不安でしたが、素晴らしい施設でした。ただ、暖房がリビングにだけあって部屋の中には無かったので部屋がとても寒かったです。ドアを開けて部屋を暖めたのですが、結果的に風邪を引いてしまいました。この部分を注意事項として強調するか、後々改善されるといいですね。その部分以外はとても満足で、おすすめします。"

"The place was a abt17 min walk from the Sapporo station , comfortable living place for family of 4 . Like the nightlights and usb charger near each of the beds, even provided laundry wash .. check on was east . There are convenience shops nearby and a small restaurant that is just beside the building . Strongly recommended for those with family "

"Our stay at Pinn N4E2 was quiet, clean, and very convenient. Conbinis nearby, easily walkable to the train stations, plenty of room to stretch out, and economical. Couldn’t ask for more. "

"A rather staid Hotel right in the center of Sapporo, rolling distance via underground passage from the main station. We stayed twice, receiving the same room both times despite one being "standard" and the other "premium". Actually a rather dated but not uncomfortable snug room with a tiny but immaculate and well laid out bathroom. A big plus was the book-ahead price and the FABULOUS breakfast buffet, loaded with Hokkaido specialties."

"The hotel is in a convenient location with easy walking to many sites, shoppings, and restaurants. We have three people in the room and the arrangement made for us is very well laid out with three large twin beds and a sitting area. The room is clean with all the amenities provided. "

"The location is very good and the property is well maintained. Only complaint was the gentleman at front desk that I asked about the spa he was not very patient and does not want me to finish talking before he talks. Very rare for a Japanese to behave like that."
