"My family and I love this property, the view is fantastic, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery. The place is clean and spacious, perfect for all 4 of us. It is also complete with everything we need, plus has a washer so we can wash our clothes and towels from the beach. Francisco and Dario are quick to respond with all our questions. "Really enjoyed our 4 days here. The view was incredible, and the room very clean and decorated nice. We were quite a bit away from central Positano, however we utilized the bus system to get down there. Very affordable, sometimes efficient depending on how full the bus was There was a washing machine which was great to have, they left many snacks and goodies for us as well. Would def recommend if you prefer to be in a quieter, out the craziness and more peaceful area! "

"Very quaint and unique. Plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook a little to save some money. Nearby restaurant is top notch! Not much privacy on the porch because the bedroom window from the attached neighbor house is right there. Nice view even through the lower 1/3 is blocked by the building in front you can still see the water and mountains. Beautiful! Get the local luggage porters to help you when you arrive and depart. There are a lot of steps!"

"Accommodation is very disappointing. We have to take 200 steps to reach the accommodation from the road. It’s a pain to climb so many steps multiple times a day. House is hot and there is no air-con, can’t close the windows and mosquitoes get inside room. Walls, handles outside room are totally worn out. No TV or black out curtains in the house. "What an amazing place to stay in Praiano! We enjoyed being outside the tourist area, mornings were so quiet with beautiful sunrises. Magical! Francisco was our contact through WhatsApp and he was available and extremely helpful at any time of the day. "It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge...
