"Our booked rooms were not available due to renovations so we were given suites instead. These had excellent views of the falls. The hotel is getting tired looking and needs an update but the location and staff are excellent. "

"Our family liked the hotel for it's convenient location, cleanliness and helpful staff. Breakfast is not included but there is breakfast for a fee. Parking has a fee too but it's ok compared to the other parking areas. Since the location very near Cliffton Hill we don't need to bring a car. All the places we wanted to go were all walkable. "

"Great Stay for Families! We had a wonderful stay! The indoor water park was so much fun for the kids. While the hotel isn’t the newest, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming—especially at the front desk, where everyone greeted us with a smile during check-in and check-out. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!"

"I’d stay here again. I chose this hotel because of the free parking. The rooms are average, and a bit rough looking but not at all dirty. The pool and lobby are nice, and the walk to the falls was great. Plus it was a nice surprise that we could see the New Year’s Eve fire works show from our room!"

"I barely right reviews and I go to this hotel often. I never asked for help or had direct interactions with the front desk before but this time, I asked the front desk to help me. As I remember the guy that helped me, his name was Sayed. He was so professional, helpful and he goes above and beyond to help. It was a great experience because of him."
