"We were greeted by the owner with a smile and very helpful information to make our stay excellent. She sat down with us to help us plan our hiking experience. The room was extremely clean and set up nicely. The food was delicious and the homemade chocolate chip cookies were the best ever! A wonderful stay and I recommend it highly."

"This property is disgusting. The pictures on Expedia must be 30 years old. The room had stains on the carpets. There is hair and disgustingness all over the bathroom floors. There were hairs in “clean” sheets, the air conditioning is a very flimsy not put in well old window unit, NO AMENITIES not to mention There are homeless people living amongst you do not stay here.!!!"

"I was only here for 1 night but it was a lovely experience. The staff is very nice and answered all my curious questions, the VIEW is one of the best you’ll find in the Catskills. The air purifier and sound machine in the room was a very nice touch! Things I have at home so nice to have at a spot away! "
